We recently saw a simple and easy recipe on FatFree Vegan Kitchen and thought we’d share it with you! Enjoy!


Blueberries – 1 punnet

Cider vinegar

Sugar – 1.5 Tbs

Olive oil


1.  Place the blueberries, sugar and a cup of water

2. Let it simmer lightly until the berries break

3. Press it with a fork and fine sieve it for as much juice as you can

4. Add another half cup of vinegar

5. Prepare a vinaigrette with 1/5 acid 4/5 oil proportion.
